Happy Veterans Day

First of all, let me say a heartfelt “THANK YOU” to all American veterans past and present. I highly recommend that everyone do the same. As the old quote goes: “if you can read this thank a teacher; if you’re reading it in English thank a soldier”.

All branches of the US military have made enormous sacrifices to keep us safe in our homeland. Even when it means having to go to some foreign stink hole to battle our enemies they always still go. Even when it means many may not come home alive they always still go. Even when it means they get paid a pittance for putting their lives on the line they always still go. Even when it means they may get spit on by fellow Americans when they come home they always still go. Even when it means they may get pathetic healthcare when they come home they always still go. Even when the Washington bureaucrats who sent them to that stink hole in the first place are the first to abandon them on the battlefield they always still go.

I’m extremely proud of the men and women serving in the American military system and my wife and I thank them each and every chance we get. God Bless our veterans!
