Paul Ryan's betrayal

Since the Omnibus spending bill passed just a few days ago I hope no one doubts why I wouldn’t support him. The $1.2 trillion spending bill consists of over 2,000 pages of Obama’s socialist agenda. Ryan said they needed to pass the spending bill immediately to prevent shutting down the government. They had an entire year since they passed Obama’s last socialist budget. They created the supposed crisis. The House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans, dictates what comes on the floor for discussion. Why do you suppose Ryan delayed discussion of the budget bill? That is a rhetorical question. Had Ryan released the bill in time for the American public to learn its contents there would have been such uproar they would never have been able to get the budget bill approved.

Speaker Ryan claims the spending bill advances Republican priorities. That is a statement of fact considering the Beltway Republican establishment has become the biggest cheerleader for a socialist agenda. Let me give you a few of the “Republican priorities” that appear in the spending bill:
  •           Obama’s United Nations climate change agenda has been fully funded.
  •            Obamacare in its entirety has been fully funded.
  •            Planned Parenthood has been fully funded.
  •            Obama’s Syrian refugee program has been fully funded.
  •            The EPA land grab through their new water programs has been fully funded.
  •            Obama’s amnesty for 5 million illegals has been fully funded.
  •            Obama’s guest worker program has been increased to 260,000 per year (I guess     we still have extra jobs to give away to foreigners).
  •           American crude oil can now be sold on the foreign market (I have always               thought that American oil should be used in America to advance our own               economy).
  •           The list of “Republican priorities” goes on and on.

Another way to know that this budget was a win for conservatives is the fact that Obama, Chuck Schumer, and Harry Reid, all socialists, praised Ryan for his hard work and dedication to their agenda. Here is what each had the say:

Obama: “I said I would not accept a lot of conservative ideological riders that were attached to a big budget deal. And because of some terrific negotiations by the Democrats up on Capitol Hill and I think some pretty good work by our legislative staff here it was a good win. We met our goals.”

Schumer: “Well, if you would’ve told me this year that we’d be standing here celebrating the passage of an omnibus bill, with no poison pill riders, at a higher spending level above sequesters that even the president requested, I wouldn’t have believed it, but here we are. Almost anything the Republican leadership in the Senate achieved this year, they achieved on Democratic terms. Democrats had an amazingly good year.”

Reid: “We wanted to get rid of sequestration; we were able to do that. We wanted to make sure there is parity between defense and the middle class. We wanted to make sure that we kept these poison pills off the legislation. All three goals we had, we accomplished.” He gloats that Ryan’s omnibus deal “caps off a successful year for Senate Democrats.”

It seems those three stellar socialists don’t agree with Ryan that the bill advanced Republican ideals. This may very well be the only time I have agreed with a socialist. I am now going to add the following Republicans to my RINO list who voted for this destructive, anti-conservative spending bill: Joe Wilson (R-SC); Tom Price (R-GA); Michael McCaul (R-TX); Barry Loudermilk (R-GA); Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA).  I also take back the nice things I’ve said about a couple of these traitors to the conservative cause. By the way, that is only five of the 150 Republican Congressman who voted for the $1.2 trillion socialist spending spree. There should be a nationwide effort made to take all 150 of those RINOs out of office as soon as possible.

I will also take this opportunity to address how 2016 presidential candidates voted on this bill: Ted Cruz opposed it; Rand Paul opposed it; Bernie Sanders opposed it because it wasn’t socialist enough; Lindsey Graham voted in favor but that should not be a surprise to anyone (he dropped out of the race after the vote and that is not a surprise either). Marco Rubio was a no-show for the vote but stated that his not showing up to vote would indicate that he was opposed to it. I don’t believe that for a second. My take on his no-show indicates that he did not want to further distance himself from the conservative base by voting for the inclusive amnesty for illegals.

The establishment Republicans have some sort of delusion about shutting down the federal government being a bad thing. The last time they were accused of it they won overwhelming advances in elected positions nationwide from local to federal. Are they really so easily intimidated by Obama’s race that they will completely abandon their conservative base or do they actually believe that Obama’s socialist agenda is what is good for the country? Is there any doubt about how our federal bureaucracy has systematically destroyed the American dream? If we can’t depend on our Republican representatives to advance our conservative ideals why do we continue to elect them? Is there any need for a two-party system? Shall we just cancel the 2016 presidential election? Shall we start the coronation process for King Hussein Obama the First? That appears to be the path America is on and Obama has another year in office to make that scenario a reality!will and will

God Bless America!
