The ignorance of anarchy

I would like to go through some definitions that our bedwetting college anarchists don’t have time between riots to look up for themselves.

Anarchy               trying to overthrow the government by violence.

Inclusive              not excluding any section of society or any party involved in something.

Freedom of speech        the First Amendment prohibits “abridging the freedom of speech” or “interfering with the right to peaceably assemble”.

Tolerance            the ability to accept the existence of opinions that one does not necessarily agree with.

Anarchy is synonymous with the following:
Lawlessness has no regard for societal laws.
Mobocracy is rule or domination by the lawless masses.
Rebellion is an act of violence or open resistance to an established government.
Disorder is the disruption of the systemic functioning of law and order.
Mayhem is violent and damaging disorder.

That ends my dictionary/thesaurus lesson for the snowflakes for today. Each of the above words pretty well describes what this generation of “millennials” is all about. They are anarchists by definition. They do not believe in free speech unless the one speaking is saying what they want to hear. They are not the tolerant ones they claim to be if they don’t agree with the dialog.

I do have a few words of advice for them that they might want to consider as they continue their destructive and pointless rioting. There will come a point in the very near future that even your colleges and specifically those who are paying for your education will no longer tolerate your ignorant disruptions. I am amazed that the volume of rioting and destruction has resulted in only a dozen or so arrests. As you have shown by your actions you have no concept of reality. That lack of awareness will soon be a painful slap in the face accompanied by a swift kick in your butt. Mainstream society will not be as forgiving as your fellow students and anarchist college professors. Your wake-up call will not be the soft buzzing of an alarm clock but the realization that you have to move back into your parent’s basement. You allowed your college education to be a whiny self-absorbed lovefest rather than an education. That education may have gotten you a decent job that would’ve allowed you to be a respectable member of society rather than you continuing to be a burden on society.

I won’t live long enough to know how you will handle yourselves as our future leaders but I sincerely hope you remove your heads from their current positions and return them back into the sunlight. The sad fact is that you do not currently possess the intelligence or the common sense to foresee how detrimental the actions of your generation will be on your own futures. You may very well achieve your socialist utopia but I don’t believe you will like what you get.

Paul Ryan needs to be gone as Speaker of the House

There was a point in time when I thought House Speaker John Boehner was the worst leader the Republican Party could possibly have.  It looked like Ryan was merely Boehner’s shadow. After only a couple of years under Paul Ryan I stand corrected. In fact Ryan’s suck-up to liberal ideologies makes Boehner look like an amateur liberal suck-up in comparison.

I have been saying for several years that the Republican Congressional leaders have been more inclined to advance the liberal agenda than the conservative agenda. They “go along to get along”. When the leaders whined that they could not control spending if they weren’t in power in the House Conservative voters gave them a majority in the House in 2010. Their complaint then turned to we still can’t promote Conservative legislation without controlling the Senate also. Conservative voters gave them a majority in the Senate in 2012.The sniveling Establishment Republicans then claimed they still couldn’t accomplish anything significant without also having the Presidency. The Conservative voters gave them the Presidency in 2016. As far as I’m concerned they have run out of excuses. It is now an open hostility from the Establishment Republicans towards President Donald Trump. They are openly embracing liberal/socialist ideologies in an effort to prevent Donald Trump from achieving his agenda. They are traitors to the cause and don’t seem concerned in the least that many are facing reelection in less than two years.

There has been this big deal made by critics of what Trump has accomplished in his first 100 days. The list of accomplishments is actually lengthy. It would be even longer without the obstructionist Republicans in Congress. It would be even longer yet without the obstructionist, activist liberal judges put in place by Mr. Obama. President Trump must find a way to either bring establishment Republicans on board with his agenda or find a way to negate their obstructionism.

Ryan presented a hastily produced piece of garbage as the solution to Obamacare. That pile of stinking legislation did not come even close to the “repeal and replace” promises they had been making for six years. They had submitted dozens of legislative bills that would repeal Obamacare so why did they not resubmit one of those instead of this piece of crap they brought up for a vote. Thank the good Lord for the Freedom Caucus; they stood their ground against immense pressure from both sides of the aisle. To this point I see them as the only current politicians that have actually made an effort to keep their campaign promises. More on this later in the blog.

Donald Trump has not completely abandoned any of his promises but he is allowing Ryan to kick the start dates down the road. In an effort to prevent a government shutdown Trump has agreed to put off funding for the southern border wall until September. In order to prevent a government shutdown Trump has agreed to sign a Continuing Resolution that will still fund Planned Parenthood. Ryan has declared discussing tax cuts are off the table until at least August or September. Ryan is about to offer up another crappy health care bill he believes will be palatable to the Freedom Caucus. If it is better then why did they not present that the first time? Who is running this show, Ryan or Trump? If my Constitutional studies are correct the order of dominance is President, Vice President, and Speaker of the House. Ryan failed to achieve the second position in 2012 but is managing to lead the Trump opposition party from third position in 2017. How does that happen?

I want to give Donald Trump credit for achieving a big campaign promise. He managed to get Neil Gorsuch on the Supreme Court thanks to Mitch McConnell stepping up and doing his job as Senate Leader. Trump has so far managed to maintain the support of his base voters but the longer he allows Paul Ryan to run roughshod over him he will gradually start losing even that support. He is not now nor ever has been a Conservative. His daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared , the Kushners, are becoming his principal advisors on social issues and foreign-policy. If those two turn out to be his principle advisors we are in serious trouble. They are both reasonably hard-core liberals and are pro-government spending on social issues. Kushner’s father Charles spent time in federal prison for illegal campaign contributions to Democrats, tax evasion, and witness tampering. He was also disbarred from practicing law in New Jersey. Does the apple ever fall far from the tree? That little tidbit of information will clear up any question you may have had about why Chris Christie was barred from holding a White House or cabinet position: Chris Christie was the US Attorney General of New Jersey who put Charles Kushner in prison. Being a crook is one thing but being a vindictive crook is a totally different issue especially when the crook is backed up by the most powerful man in world.

I had intended to list the names of the 20-something Freedom Caucus members who had opposed Ryan’s original health care boondoggle but I am no longer inclined to do so. Even though the Caucus members admitted it still does not repeal Obamacare they are now prepared to support the new bill in order to keep their promise to their constituents. Horse apples! Their promise was to REPEAL Obamacare. They did not promise to leave any portion of it intact. Just when I thought that there were still some honest and common sense Conservative voices in Washington I get disappointed again.

RINOs still obstructing Trump

Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (RINO\WIS) has said he will delay any debate about the southern border wall funding until September. He has enlisted the help of liberals Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi  to help in his continuing effort to undermine President Trump’s agenda. He has already successfully halted the repeal of Obamacare for the foreseeable future. He is openly obstructing Donald Trump’s efforts to put together a reasonably effective federal budget. Senator John McCain (traitor/AZ) and House Representatives Will Hurd of Texas and Martha Mc Sally of Arizona are very outspoken critics of the southern border wall. I sincerely hope the Establishment Republicans/RINOs are held to account the next time they’re up for election. I can’t imagine openly defying the main agenda item that Donald Trump campaigned and won on can be a winning vote-getter unless they are expecting a big bump in illegal voter help. John McCain is a vindictive old man who needs to be replaced by a real Republican. He has gone overseas twice that I’m aware of and badmouthed and disrespected the President of the United States in foreign countries. Barack Obama did his apology tours at the beginning of his administration and again at the end which did not bode well with real Americans. But again McCain and Obama have both survived their anti-American sentiments.

One last dig on John McCain, the poster child for future dementia advertisements: McCain claims there is a lot of anti-American sentiment in Mexico. As a United States Senator one would think he would be more concerned about the anti-illegal Mexican sentiment in the US.

A Mexican government official stated that the wall would be an unfriendly gesture by the US. That insinuates that the invasion of the US by his countrymen is a friendly gesture on their part. I have trouble grasping the complete disregard for US border sovereignty. Even John McCain, as a member of the Homeland Security Commission, could see the 5 ton elephant in the room. He took an oath of office to uphold the Constitution of the United States and maintain the security of US citizens. That oath of office made no mention about what the Mexicans think.

Some American landowners along the border are also fighting the wall crossing their property. I am not a big fan of federal eminent domain. It has been used on many occasions for far lesser reasons than national security. It surprises me that the landowners aren’t tired of the illegals crossing their land. It is been well documented that the illegals leave a lot of garbage and traffic in poisonous drugs that surely affect the lives of even their family and friends.

The Heritage Foundation, a right-leaning institution, published a paper in 2013 called “The Fiscal Cost of Unlawful Immigration and Amnesty to the US Taxpayers”. The paper concluded that total taxpayer benefits and services received by unlawful immigrant households, and total taxes paid less benefits paid, was a net loss to US taxpayers of $54.5 billion per year. According to their study paper there were approximately 3.7 million unlawful immigrant households in the United States. In the last four years of Obama’s wide open borders one could easily assume that number has increased by at least 20% making the new number of illegal households around 4.5 million. Assuming again a low estimate of five persons per household that means that there are 22.5 million illegals in the US and not the outdated number of 12 million that has been used for so many years. If the US spends $54.5 billion per year that means that taxpayers spend $4.5 billion per month on illegal households. Using the top estimate of $40 billion to build a wall, and ending all illegal household entitlements, we could pay for the wall in less than nine months. Each year thereafter is a net gain to taxpayers of $54.5 billion. In reality, cutting off the US dollars sent to Mexico by illegals does actually result in Mexico paying for the wall! Donald was right.

So let’s be fair and site a Pew Research poll that produced results that claims that American voters are opposed to the border wall 67% to 35%. The first indication of a bogus poll is that the total number of voters in the survey comes out to 102%. It is not numerically possible to poll above 100% of a population. If you actually read the Pew Research data you’ll see a noticeably higher number of liberals are polled in relation to Republicans. In other words, take Pew Research polls with a grain of salt. If I were a skeptic of Pew, a left-leaning pollster, I would assume they may have polled voters on the south side of the Rio Grande.

I am very skeptical of numbers that are produced by government agencies especially because of the last eight years of Obama’s lies. Here is some good news. The Trump Administration is touting a 67% decrease in the number of illegal border crossings since he took office. I hope that is true. That statistic is a direct result of Trump enforcing our already-on-the-books immigration laws. We don't need no stinking immigration reform! I guess the illegals are hesitant to come in the US knowing they very well won’t be staying long. Isn’t it refreshing to know that an elected official will actually enforce our laws and keep his campaign promises? It is equally sad that a couple of unelected federal judges with anti-American ideologies can override the effort by a US President to accomplish his oath of office by keeping US citizens safe. That same oath was taken by those constitutionally challenged activist judges. I am of course referring to the two or three federal appellate judges that declared Trump’s immigration policy inconsistent with their personal views. Now you know why Harry Reid did the “nuclear option” in order to get Obama’s judge picks in place at that federal judicial level. Obama can depend on his liberal federal appointees to obstruct Trump’s dismantling of his anti-American legacy.

I want to give proper kudos to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for applying the same nuclear option for Trump’s Supreme Court pick Neil Gorsuch. “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander”. Trump may very well appoint two or more Supreme Court Justices in his eight years as President. If he does that will make the number of right-leaning justices 5 ½ to 3 ½, the half of course being Chief Justice John Roberts. Sorry, I couldn’t pass up that dig.

Who will take the hit for Obamacare lite?

If there is ever a question in your mind about how little difference there is between Republicans and liberal lawmakers consider the following tidbit. Representative Chris Collins (R-NY) said to Brian Williams on MSNBC: “In my district, right now there’s a lot of misunderstanding as to what it is we’re doing and once we get it done, and then we can have a chance to really explain what’s in it”. Collins is talking about the Republican version of Obamacare. As Yogi Berra would have said “It’s déjà vu all over again”. What Collins said is almost verbatim of what Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare back in 2010: “We have to pass a bill to see what’s in it”. There is little difference in the “group speak” of Republicans and liberal lawmakers in the DC swamp. It really is a matter of “us against them”!

I find it extremely doubtful, but I am hopeful, that somehow or other the Republican establishment led by Paul Ryan has pulled the wool over Donald Trump’s eyes concerning this healthcare bill. It does not have any content that will “repeal and replace” Obamacare. It basically contains the amendments to Obamacare that the Republicans wanted to place in the bill during its inception in 2010. Obama refused to allow any Republican amendments so now that they’re in charge they can do the amendments on their own. The problem is they are leaving Obamacare virtually intact. This Republican version eliminates the mandated purchase of insurance by taxpayers but then requires taxpayers to continue to foot the bill for other people’s insurance. Their excuse for non-repeal is that this must be done in three phases in order to bypass the 60 vote requirement for passage in the Senate if they repeal and start from ground zero with a new bill. Why can’t they just submit the repeal bill that the House has passed on numerous occasions in the past? As I noted in an earlier blog those repeal votes were merely for show; appeasement of their Conservative base to ensure their continued loyalty. Now that they are in charge their big scam has been outed and they’re not going to be able to produce the results that are expected by the 63 million voters who put them and Trump in office.

Now let’s go back to Donald Trump. He campaigned for a year and a half on repealing Obamacare. All of a sudden he is threatening reprisals on Conservative Republican legislators who do not vote for this watered-down version of what will soon be called Trumpcare. If this passes he will own it. This could very well be the broken promise that makes him a typical politician and a one term president. It struck me as his first opportunity to take Ryan and the establish Republicans down a notch or two. All Trump would have had to do was make an appeal to his voting base and request additional time to actually present a bill that is acceptable to them. He could easily have made the case that it was more complicated than even he and his advisors expected and that he will need more time to produce a replacement bill that will be ready to be placed in to law within the same vote that would repeal Obamacare. Instead of taking that simple tact he, in my opinion, has created his own dilemma. Donald seems to have forgotten that the same conservatives that voted for him also voted for the conservative legislators that are opposing this revised version of Obamacare. Donald, you can’t claim to represent the people at the same time you are threatening the people’s representatives. Reprisals from the voters will happen but it won’t be against their representatives that stood strong for their cause.

If this new health bill fails Trump has threatened to drop Obamacare off the agenda altogether and move on to tax reform. The problem with that is that Americans will continue to suffer financially and medically under the system that is left in place. On top of that establishment Republicans are telling him that they cannot move on to tax reform until they have Obamacare and its financial fiasco settled first.

It appears that the bulk of the continuing roadblocks to the advancement of Trump’s agenda will come from the establishment Republicans. The three things that I consider to be the most important to accomplish are sealing the border, repealing and replacing Obamacare, and tax reforms that will entice American businesses back to the US and increase jobs available to Americans. Ryan and the establishment are blocking two of the three. Of course the most important one, sealing the border, is being blocked by two or three anti-American liberal federal judges who took an oath of office to defend the Constitution of the United States but seem never to have read it. These un-American lunatic judges are conferring our Constitutional rights on every person on the planet. Their injunction against Trump’s ban on terrorists invading US soil should be considered treason making it an impeachable offense. I believe Congress has the power to remove these imposters from their judicial positions.

I got a bit off my main topic of Ryan/Trumpcare so I may as well finish up with more of the same. This repeal and replace bill may very well be Donald Trump’s first stumble. I sincerely hope it is his last. If he does not pursue action against these activist rogue judges his base supporters may very well start to fade away. If he allows the Republican establishment to amend and distort his campaign promised agenda his base supporters will dwindle even faster. If he fails to build a wall on even 1 mile of our southern border his support will melt faster than the last snowman of the season. If Trump fails to deliver on all three of the big promises he made he will be a one term president. He will end up being part of the swamp sewage he has promised to drain.

This last thing is even further off-topic. I read that one of our larger-than-life liberal media pundits complained about the amount of time and money Trump spends playing golf. Ain’t hypocrisy a hoot?

Danger at the border

United States Title 8, Chapter 12, US Code 1182, paragraph f reads: “Whenever the President finds that entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-emigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate”.

That statute was written by Congress and grants the President the authority to control or completely ban immigration based on most any reason he sees fit. It can be for medical reasons, security reasons, or just as a grace period to allow large numbers of immigrants time to assimilate into American society.

What part of that statute is hard to understand? It isn’t even in the normally confusing legalese we are used to seeing from government. There is no place in there that allows a judge to disregard the power of the President to legally regulate immigration for whatever reason he sees fit. The judges aren’t even considering the statute in their rulings. The statute was passed by Congress but the judges are not questioning the constitutionality of the law or the right of Trump to enforce the law. They are ruling based on past statements by Trump and some of his campaign team that aren’t even included in Trump’s executive order. There is no part of his order that has anything to do with Muslims or Islam. It is not a Muslim ban because there are 50 or 60 additional countries that are Muslim dominated that are not in the order.

Trump’s opponents say the four or five countries that produced the bulk of the 9-11 terrorists aren’t in the ban. That proves to them that Trump is not serious about the security of the country. For those of us with a common sense brain there is a simple reason for that. The countries in the ban, picked by Obama, were chosen because they are in complete turmoil and there is virtually no way to vet their “refugees”. The reason the other Muslim countries aren’t included in Trump’s ban is because there are ways to vet their refugees to prevent bad guys from entering the US.

The theme of my book Freedom Permits was to allow anyone to disregard political correctness in their pursuit of Freedom of Speech. I point out in the book that political correctness will be one of the major contributors to the destruction of America because it will eliminate the ability to question the activities and the motives of anti-American detractors. The “enemies within”, liberals socialists and their activist judges show no regard for the U.S. Constitution. They are being shielded from responsibility for that destruction by the fake media. The media is a big player in all the current BS that is stifling our American way of life. If the media would reverse course and expose the liberal lies and deceptions to the American people the liberal/socialist/communist advancement would stop dead in its tracks. Can you imagine the outcry from these same people had the Republicans treated Obama the way they are treating Trump?

The Trump haters have crossed over into an alternate universe of lunacy. How can a sane person allow potential terrorists into our country who are hell-bent on the establishment of an Islamic caliphate that has as an ultimate goal the destruction of the United States? How can an American judge have such total disregard for the rule of law as to allow that to happen out of pure hatred? How can Americans hate their own country to the point of sacrificing American lives in the pursuit of political correctness? Since Congress wrote the statute allowing Trump to control immigration why aren’t the judges being held in “Contempt of Congress”?

Here’s my name-calling for the day: un-American; anti-American; ignorant; insane; stupid; lunatic traitors.

God Bless America!!!
